    Built in 1923, the fantastic Hirayukan Takayama hotel is located within 5 minutes' walk of Shinohara Muzen Kinenkan in the Okuhida Onsen district. Located 3.1 miles from the active volcano "Mount Yake", this Takayama ryokan features 60 rooms with views of the garden.

    Mukashibanashi-no-sato is approximately 10 minutes' drive from the 5-star hotel, and Hirayu Waterfall View is not far from it. The Hirayukan Takayama is also situated a few steps from Hirayu Folk Museum. Families traveling to Takayama will enjoy being 1.9 miles from Okuhida Bear's Park.
